For therapy to be beneficial we usually meet weekly (once a week, and at the same time and same day) unless there is a reason for us to meet more frequently to assist you through a particularly difficult time. We would agree a time structure together.

Can you fix me? I have often been asked this question and the honest answer is NO!

My role is not to FIX you, but to help you to discover new ways of being in the world, and maybe new ways of relating.

By helping you to gain a better understanding your internal world, for example how you react to others and how you react and respond to yourself. You might sometimes overlook yourself, maybe viewing it as selfish. You might even put yourself last on the list!. Together we can explore these kinds of issues, with a view making changes to enable you to achieve goals you set for yourself. Please feel free to contact me. There is no obligation you can either email me or check out the Contact and Fees page

Gaining a greater sense of self awareness, results in a stronger sense of self-esteem. The issues that once felt insurmountable, can be more easily managed with less personal impact to you or without resulting in a relationship breakdown.
